Times are in legal French time (CET in winter, CEST in summer). Strong onshore winds and low atmospheric pressure can raise actual water levels above prediction. The Tourist Office classifies "Mont becomes an island" days using local bay dynamics, not a simple coefficient threshold. Always verify on site before crossing.
